OpenSpending visualization of the Berlin Budget

The Berlin senate of finances approached the Open Knowledge Foundation Germany about a budget visualization. After some initial data negotiations, I put up an OpenSpending satellite site that is ready for embedding into other web pages. This project taught me a lesson about German local government and their budget.
